In cases of suspected fraud or regulatory breach, ji77 may freeze account balances pending investigation. Confirmed fraud may result in permanent forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ji77 support. Pending withdrawals of verified funds will be processed in the normal course following account closure, subject to applicable KYC requirements.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct communication with ji77 support shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, players are required to first submit a written complaint to ji77 through the official support channels. ji77 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
ji77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
